This motherfricker was arrested 14 times. And he should have been completely "disappeared" a long time ago.

What a stupid response. Investigating the Public Transportation dept? How the frick is any city supposed to patrol every train and bus in the city.? They should focus all the attention on the judges who let this POS roam free.
The only reason that they are mentioning the Public Transportation dept. is because it's tied to federal money, then Trump can say "no more federal money!" Like receiving less federal money will make these trains and busses safer. Stop grandstanding and focus on solving the real problem.
