You’re not a constitutional scholar. There are enumerated powers given to the fed gov in the constitution. The 10th amendment says anything not enumerated goes to the states. You’re too dumb to understand what that means.

It's depressing that my state is such shite that federal charges are needed to try to ensure a murderer who is on camera murdering someone... is punished.
