In this progressively expanding surveillance State, there is little to no privacy any more. In general, of you do something bad, there's a digital record of it. There's most often a video and audio record of it as well. In these instances like this one, where there is 100% incontrovertible evidence that an extremely cold-blooded unprovoked murder happened, I have no issue at all with fast-tracking trial and reinstating public execution.
Firing squad, the gallows, the guillotine, the carnifex axe, cyanide, lethal injection, whatever. Although they likely deserve torture before death, I'm willing to say screw the torture and just make it quick and decisive. Send these people to the Great Judge without delay.
You look at these kids under 18 out there just doing whatever the hell they want and they don't have a care in the world because they know there's a 99% chance they'll be charged as a minor, that's a major problem. Charge and convoct them as adults and they put their head on a block on their 18th birthday, and the younger thugs running around will take notice real quick.
There is no room in civilized society for people who do not respect the right of others to simply exist, and have become so sociopathic that they don't even view their victims as people- just some thing that they stabbed or shot. If all they understand is violence and life by the sword, they give them violence and death by the sword.
