Every single thing about this story is treason lol

I think it would need to be proven that Elmer knew money was being funnelled to hostile foreign powers. Somali terror groups may qualify but when the governor inevitablly pleads stupidity the reasonable doubt threshold likely saves his arse. It's not so hard to believe that he is that stupid. But racketeering seems pretty clearcut.

You'd have to prove more like he actively participated in that

It will be hard enough to prove he actively participated in the domestic fraud

Yeah, that's what Ethel Rosenberg thought.

The revised statements against her tied her directly to the plot. You'll have to get similar testimony against Walz.

That testimony was later recanted, just FWIW. It was likely bullshite coerced by the government-prosecution.

"How about the 10s of thousands of illegal ballots in Georgia "

How about 315 THOUSAND, in Fulton County alone?

What evidence do you have that Walz was directing any of this money to Somali terror cells?
Walz is not very smart. Surely he left a trail that won't be hard to follow. He probably bragged about it to most everyone.
