Seriously, EVERY TIME that I have to really think about whether the incumbent is better than the challenger, I will ALWAYS vote for the challenger.

The incumbent needs to overcome my bias against incumbents. The burden is on the incumbent to be ‘no brainer’ better.

Baton Rouge and Nola can be great cities. Unfortunately, jbe can only tout tourism and back room deals.
