Where’s Howard Stern after all this btw?

Here’s someone who hasn’t spoken who I’d like to hear from who used to be among the biggest voices in the media but lost it all: Trump’s old buddy Howard Stern. Stern more than anyone increased Trump’s prestige in the media. He called into his show every week and was basically an honorary Wack Packer. Trump and Howard were so close that Howard sat Trump on the second row next to Robin at his wedding.
Has he not second guessed that his rhetoric helped almost get one of his former best friends killed? I know he hasn’t in well over a decade, but how about a little introspection there, Howard? Howard’s only friend left is Jimmy Kimmel and he’s completely destroyed his legacy.
In the end he became what he always despised. He became Don Imus.

I’m sure Howard hallucinates about Imus roaming around his basement that reeks just saturated in cat piss (he has like 30+ thanks to his wife) pretty constantly. That has to be the single most disgusting mansion in America, especially since Howard refused to let any maids into his home for three plus years over Covid. He went full Howard Hughes.

Not my style of talk radio comedy, anytime I tried to watch the show it devolved into some sick sexual conversation, I frequently wondered if Stern was some sexual sicko.

Stern started his slow decline after he divorced his first wife and then signed a $100 million dollar contract with SiriusXM. Stern was better under rules where his rebel and shock jock schtick was more genuine. When the boundaries were removed he became more and more unfunny. Then COVID happened and he went insane.

I and many former fans (including Artie Lange) consider the official death of the show to be in 2015 when he interviewed Ellen DeGeneres, one of Howard’s previous archenemies (only Imus, OJ, and Jay Leno would be higher). She went out of her way to make sure that he couldn’t host American Idol, to where then Howard unloaded all of his dirty laundry on her. Anyone who listened to Howard in the 2000s was already very aware of who Ellen actually was behind closed doors.
But thanks to his Woke producer Marci Turk, he invited her on the show and just ate out her dusty pussy. Fred, Baba Booey, Richard, and Sal really had to bite their tongues over that. Richard and Sal should have just quit over it and gone and done their own podcast.

Yeah, shocking, of course they’re on vacation. I want to hear from Jimmy as well, but Jimmy wasn’t ever close to Trump, so I’m slightly less concerned with his vile opinion.

I listened to Stern in the '90s and early 2000s. I did not hear about that Ellen DedGeneres story.

I think Howard and Ellen’s feud started in like maybe 2005/2006. He went scorched earth on her for years, at least until 2010.
