I would love to see the judge throw Mueller into jail for contempt of court and remain there until the original 302 is produced or an explanation of what happened to it is given.
Without the original 302, the Flynn case should be thrown out and full $$ restitution made to Flynn.
There has to be repercussions for this abuse.

Convenient date, mueller brings strozok over from fbi to work on his team July 13th, a week later July 20th he is doing a 302 on Flynn, aint that frucking convenient. These bastards knew all along it was a charade.

And hilariously, the board's liberals, the self-proclaimed defenders of the poor and oppressed, support the very type of police-state tactics that result in high numbers of poor minorities being incarcerated for decades. Hypocrites.

My take is that the FBI has to know that not providing the original 302 per the judge’s order has a high probability of resulting in Flynn’s charges being dismissed.
This means that they are willing to let Flynn walk rather than giving up their dirt.

That is the most logical conclusion at this point.
Also knowing you have a complicit media that will cover this up is quite helpful as well.
Couple that with tens of millions of mentally ill Americans who are thrilled with this type of police state (as long as it favors them) and you have a formula for disaster.
