No 302 of the interview of Flynn? It was an important enough interview that it will be the basis for convicting a war hero, but they didn't see fit to reduce it to writing?
And Strzok is the guy we are relying on? Seems like the court could take judicial notice that Pete's credibility varies depending on the adjustment of his butt plug that particular day.
Isn't there supposed to be a log or a work flowchart regularly maintained that should reveal exactly what happened?

What does it matter whether the agents thought Flynn was lying or not. If there is proof he was lying, is he innocent because the agents didn't think he was lying at the time?

The entire basis for the charge is the 302. It is the equivalent of a memorialized conversation/ interview. If the only evidence in a criminal case is a videotaped confession, and said tape is lost or destroyed, bye bye criminal charges.
