Where is law enforcement???

Assuming the accounts are accurate regarding Joe Biden and Hunter Biden, it seems pretty cut and dry. What is holding up Barr or the Justice Department from arresting and charging these people??? It is baffling to me why there seems to be no movement. Trump is obviously pushing it...so why no action? Why is he having to ask Ukraine to investigate it? There is some strange disconnect with all of this and the utter inaction of law enforcement. Can anybody explain the hold up? Are the reports about Biden wrong?

Politicians are above the law. The sooner we accept this as our reality, the better off we will be in our new version of America. Our justice system is used as a weapon against private citizens and only those in politics who “need” to be removed.
Only a real revolution can stop what is going on these days.

It’s not like Durham doesn’t have an active investigation going or anything. Duh.
And he didn’t ask the Ukrainians to do an investigation on the premise that we can’t or aren’t also, he was really just asking them to look into things that are based in Ukraine (like CrowdStrike, Viktor Pinchuk, the previous administration who fired Shokin, who dealt with Ambassador Vochavitch, what else do they know about Burisma Holdings, etc etc), and then corporate with Barr/Durham in their investigations in kind.
You do realize it’s difficult to investigate events and situations that happened in the Ukraine without approval and assistance from Ukrainians, Right? We can’t just trot on in there and start demanding they let us in buildings to seize documents and take people into custody for questioning.

Hanging out in the Oval Office and playing around on Twitter.
quote:
The President is both the head of state and head of government of the United States of America, and Commander-in-Chief of the armed forces.
Under Article II of the Constitution, the President is responsible for the execution and enforcement of the laws created by Congress. Fifteen executive departments — each led by an appointed member of the President’s Cabinet — carry out the day-to-day administration of the federal government. They are joined in this by other executive agencies such as the CIA and Environmental Protection Agency, the heads of which are not part of the Cabinet, but who are under the full authority of the President. The President also appoints the heads of more than 50 independent federal commissions, such as the Federal Reserve Board or the Securities and Exchange Commission, as well as federal judges, ambassadors, and other federal offices. The Executive Office of the President (EOP) consists of the immediate staff to the President, along with entities such as the Office of Management and Budget and the Office of the United States Trade Representative.

So a sitting vice-president strongarming a government to get rid of a prosecutor investigating his son's company is okay with you but a sitting president asking a government to investigate that strongarming tactic of the first part is not okay with you? Damn, what a hypocrite you seem to be.

Biden was kicked out of the Navy for cocaine use?
How much time did he serve?

Don’t get me wrong it looks shitty and shady, but what would be the grounds for arresting them.
Genuinely asking.

I'm not a lawyer so I don't know of a specific charge for arrest. The son is probably clean legally but Joe has done something wrong. What is the charge when a regular citizen strongarms an elected official into doing something he doesn't want to do - blackmail, coercion? I don't know the exact charge but I'm sure people have gone down in the past for what daddy Joe did.

Fair enough. Im no lawyer, either.
From where I sit, it looks like all the president was trying to do was to get negative information in the public sphere about Joe Biden. I don’t think he had any interest in the pursuit of justice. If that is accurate, and then Trump was successful in achieving his goal.
As I said, it looks shitty and shady by biden. But if there is a crime there, I have no idea what it is. My mind isn’t closed to the possibility that there isnt one, but I just haven’t heard what it is.

and many of us look at it as to Trump was asking info of a sitting vice-president doing something nefarious while holding office, i.e., trying to get some facts, if there are any, on what would be determined as a dirty politician. I have seen nor heard of any insinuation by Trump of wanting the info just for the fact of finding dirt in hoping to use it in his campaign by Biden. That is the option that the Trump haters have taken on their own.

Trump should hold a press conference stating that they are going to take a no prisoners approach to corruption starting now....to try to return some level if integrity to Washington. If it pulls down Pubs too...so be it.

Dems been trying to get to the bottom of voting issues in 2016. Well President about to show them where the corruption and spying came from. This is about to blow up on them big time. Pisses me off that everyday the republicans let the Dems shite all over them. Ray Charles can see how tilts the scale of justice is.

You have to realize just how deep the Deep State goes. Trump, Barr and the white hats are having to clean house in every agency in govt. How can you investigate anyone when there is an effort to foil the good guys at every turn?
The dominos are being lined up, one by one. Trump is following the letter of the law so that no holes can be poked in the cases. It will happen, it just has to play out.

It really appears that there are too many of "them" scattered throughout all of the depts and IC in DC. Even if Barr has the goods to prosecute, he's got to have people backing him in DC...like many attorneys, Republicans...some of the crooks have many friends throughout DC that are republicans so some of these guys like Biden if are put on trial will have some REpubs, some DOJ people, friends in FBI and intel, all these people coming up with scams just like the whistelblower to tie all this shite up in court....total swamp shite. Whistleblower was made up just like Russia shite, so imagine the crap Barr would have to go through prosecuting each BIG dem guilty of high crimes. I just don't see anything happening.
