In charge of the IRS folks and lawyers who will make the decision on how to defend the case?
Also, Article III fricking rocks. This may be the first real-world example of confusion I’ve ever seen.

Is Trump repping himself, hearing the case or judging it?

The IRS officials and lawyers defending it serve at his pleasure.
Thank goodness the Founders insulated Article III judges from political pressure.

Is this going to be another thread where you pose a legal query, act like you know all about it, but don't ever really say anything worth a shite in the thread while talking down to others?
That shite is so damn boring, man.

I’m here for shitposting and fricking with tards.
I’m not here to educate you on legal principles and concepts you have no real interest in learning. I’ve already done the work.
The internet is a big, wide world, and AI will literally spoon feed you things if you really are curious. It’s up to you to do the work if you want to.

Absolutely. I finger-pop my a-hole and get coffee for real lawyers all day. I know who I am.

You know what I think he should do? Fire all of the attorneys who are assigned to defend the IRS. And when they're replaced, fire all of the replacements. And just keep doing that until the IRS settles for like a billion dollars. Just to watch you guys melt over it.

And 250 years ago, a bunch of dudes foresaw this possibility and set up our government to guard against it.
Every day I appreciate more and more how awesome the Founders were.

That's some pretty good foresight.
Anyways, I'm in favor of him doing whatever needs to be done to make you guys melt the hardest. I hope the IRS loses and has to pay him 10 billion dollars.
