For the life of me I cannot understand how Trump could be so foolish as to tease the WSJ story a few days ago.
There was already likely heavy pressure to spike the story.
Trump mentioning it likely was the kiss of death.
Yes the story is sort of our there but the WSJ would have been different.
If it never runs in the WSJ the story will become one of not enough confidence to publish.
