withhold classified information? Trump let them dig through all the files they were looking for months before the raid. they have already seen the files, but thought he was hiding things in secret areas like the empty safe they cracked.

You realize that it's an impossible thing to prove. Since it is an impossible thing to prove, and they know it is impossible, there is no way they can prove a crime.
But the fbi also now needs to go after every former president and in fact the national archives. They are holding lots of top secret information and I bet they all don't have to secret clearance.
Honestly if they go in knowing they're is no way they can prove a crime was committed, everyone who understands the pra know there was no crime here. However scram.

You realize that most articles know not to say he has to secret articles. They state he had pages labeled as top secret or folders labeled top secret. So he didn't take the labels off. All former Presidents do not bother with that.

Now if trump steadfastly masons he never declassified them in court even, well then you got him.
But every other president gets by because by their actions everyone assumes the president declassified them.

Desantis would love to be raided by the FBI. Just like Trump pretty much invited the raid. It does nothing but galvanize their base. It’s all political theatre. The more you are portrayed as a victim of the deep state or whatever, the more it fires up the base.
