No I think people that are delusional about what is actually happening and calling out “right-wingers” as being the problem, when there is clear evidence that there are ethnic groups that “vote” the opposite of the of right-wingers are the most reluctant to get the vaccine, are not on “my side”.

Of course you believe that. So it's not a problem them if employers at vaccination a condition of employment.
And as a conservative I'm sure you agree that businesses should be free to set requirements for patrons, like no shirts, no shoes, no service.
So if they want to add vaccination to that, you would be fine with that.
