If you're asking about the individual members of a neo-Nazi group - members that only tell Jew jokes around the Naty Light keg and haven't actually committed any acts of violence themselves.
Vs.
The policies of sanctuary cities and the inherent lawlessness that said policies harbor.
I'd go with the sanctuary cities being worse because they're the only ones actually disrespecting the law.
