Honest, critical thinkers do that. That's called re-assessing and re-calibrating a scene of a crime dynamics (without the factoring in initial reactions and biases of "Us vs Them".)

frick you. I have said over and over, it's not murder. In my opinion, he reasonably feared for his life.
The best video I have seen happened to be narrated by a Leftist who concluded that it was murder. Have you seen a better video?
Our opinions don't matter though. As Tom Homan said at the beginning of this video, there needs to be a professional investigation before we KNOW what happened.

He was, but he was doing it poorly. Regs tell you never stand in front of a vehical, and do everthing possible to get out of the way, only open fire if you have no avenue to escape, shooting at a vehical about to hit you will not stop it.
