Exosomes are tiny, naturally-occurring extracellular vesicles released by most cells, including stem cells, skin cells, and platelets, that act as messengers between cells. They carry and protect proteins, lipids, and genetic material, and are involved in intercellular communication, potentially influencing cell behavior and function. Exosomes are also being explored for their potential in regenerative medicine, skin care, and even cancer treatment.

A lot of it is how litigious our country is. Other countries don’t have multimillionaire shysters like the US does. So the medical field is risk averse AND paying out the arse for malpractice insurance. Besides a significant portion of our Congressional delegation being on the take from Big Pharma. RBG survived multiple bouts of pancreatic cancer…she had access to drugs the average citizen doesn’t, it wasn’t her bile and hatred alone that kept her alive that long.

I wish he would have stuck with running for Conservative leader and Prime Minister back in 2017. I think he would have won. He was leading the polls off of Trump momentum.
