What would be the reaction if the 2020 map looks like this?

I think there’s a very real possibility that it could be close to this but we’ll never have a landslide like what Reagan did to Mondale again.

My god idk if we could even imagine the pearl clutching the left would do if this happened.

Pearl clutching is a good adjective to describe it

Trump is the odds-on favorite for a victory in 2020, but the chances that it will be a Reaganesque landslide are somewhere between slim and none.

I think Trump will win but the democrats will get ~170. The country is too divided. For the foreseeable future Democrats will win NY, California, and Illinois that is 104 right there.

Thank you for repeating what I already said, Henry.

Yeah, because the opposition party has such a great message.

The only way this could happen is if widespread illegal voting was proven and those changes were made to prevent illegal votes from happening. Even then, I don't see the country's voting like that again.

I feel good about Trump winning but there are a few states where he doesn't have a chance. Between illegal immigrants voting and ballot stuffing by the democrats he won't sweep them all like Reagan almost did.

I would love it, but CA & NY say it ain't gonna' happen. That would put the 2 ultra liberals in with the mussies as a 3-some. That I could see happening.

If Trump wins in a landslide I would imagine he would win Minnesota, he came close last time

Even with Trump's best case scenario, he still loses CA, WA, NY, MD, and MA.

Agreed. But that’s still a fricking incredible run.

The only way that map could be possible is if white leftists stopped voting for leftist democrats in "black vote" numbers (e.g., 90%+ of white democrat voters voted for Trump).

Or it could be achieved with a lower percentage of white leftist democrat voters if black and hispanic voters split their votes more in line with 50/50.

But this is a pipe dream.

Beautiful.

Trump takes every state except for the newly-renamed People's Republic of Somolia.

You won't see a Reagan-style landslide. Trump won 2,623 counties in 2016. Hillary won 489. This is the most by a republican since Reagan. I think he wins even more in 2020. Whatever moron who runs against him is still going to win Cali, NY and a few other places.

If Schultz runs as an independent and has a pulse, the map could look like that.

Side note, Mondale barely won his home state.

I'd love to hear your explanation of how Trump wins California, or Maryland, or Massachusetts.

I think he loses Illinois, Maryland, Massachusetts, and Washington for sure as well.
