How can you reasonably expect Society to advance if people are not responsible for their own decisions? I wouldnt smoke crack, legal or not.

Because humanity has proven that it can't be totally trusted time and time again. Besides, if not drugs, the criminal organizations will find something else to push. Eliminate them.

Everybody knows we will pay for the wall, it was just awesome watching the Media and GOPe and Dims freak out when the Mexicans would pay for it was said, it was awesome and still is.. Us Trumpkins are having fun with it, like with many things we chant about.. The left and GOPe have no sense of humor about anything it seems. Like the CNN sux chants, we are not just talking about CNN, we are talking all the media but CNN Suxs has a nice ring to it chanting it.

I'll take more BP agents and more/better surveillance/detection equipment for the areas with major gaps as a win. That would be far more effective than building a wall anyway.

Let's be realistic here. A southern wall cannot be built in a month or even one year. Some areas hardly need a wall and some areas need walls as tough as the Berlin Wall!
So Congress passing one year funding for construction of the most needed areas with a promise for continued funding each year until some future definition of completion, is a major win!
Trumpkin GOP gets their promised wall started, GOPe can claim fiscal responsibility, and DNC/MSM Political Complex can suck it!

Yep, the wall is a stupid big government bridge to nowhere wasteful idea. Absolutely secure our borders but do so in a way that's actually effective.

I agree with you that people should be treated fro drug abuse rather than face prison, but I won't agree to legalize hardcore drugs. Maybe modify the law? It's illegal to sell it, not illegal to have it? Either way, it shouldn't go completely unchecked.

Well the blind Trumpers will consider it a win even if he forces us to pay for the dumb thing. They're estimating the thing will cost 15-25 billion dollars. Some others are estimating it could be much more than that. Mexico isn't paying for the stupid thing.
