I think the reality is that one of the two major political parties and 90% of the media and even the majority of corporations are at least complicit, if not supportive of this movement.

Since there is a least a decent chance the Democrats control the WH, the House and the Senate after November, this is an issue that should be paid attention too IMO.

But for the stuff I see online, this whole thing has yet to affect me personally.
Yea, it's odd to see so many on here insinuate we're on the brink of "all out war" when for 99.9999% of us, this has had zero effect on our daily lives.

You should read up on the Russian Revolution.

And you shouldn’t be so content with your life now as to fail to see what it could become.

What’s your current tax bracket and business landscape. That can literally change overnight of the socialist movement in this country gains power.

Look up American Contingency. It has started as an information sharing entity for Americans that love this country. Created by Green Beret, Mike Glover.

If Biden wins, he'll be labeled a domestic terrorist, arrested, and probably executed.

I love his ideas and think he's on to something, though.

Eh I dunno. Most of this bullshite is happening in blue cities.

Easy to sit back and do nothing when my personal, day to day, life hasn't changed one bit.

I'll be interested in seeing what our response is if this shite moves to our areas.

All of this can be true, and it's certainly not a good thing for many of us.

But that doesn't mean we're nearing an actual Civil War, which many around here think will happen in the not too distant future. That's not happening.

I'm pretty firmly in that middle class bracket, wherever that puts me for a tax bracket.

What could literally happen overnight that could change that? And more to the point, what could realistically happen?

Or the Argentine collapse, or Chile, or Rhodesia, or Venezuela, history is full of examples.

People act like this can't happen here. It already is.

We’re talking about it though, and conservative writers are discussing it in print. That’s not a good sign.

Is it likely? Perhaps not. But human nature doesn’t change, and I think many of us, myself included, worry that this election is an existential event.

If we’ve fought one civil war, we could certainly didn’t ourselves fighting another one.

The problem for me is that I can see how the leftist agit prop and violence could spiral out of control.

They’re dangerous radicals, and the Democratic leadership can’t control them.

A Trump victory is probably just as a dangerous as a Trump loss because the Democrats would not accept it - and appear willing to do whatever it takes to overthrow him.

I use the word overthrow intentionally.
