You cant be that bif of a dumbass.
That is EXACTLY what the dems have been doing for a decade. They made the rules to the game and you act all high and mighty when republicans play by those rules.

He also has the power to revoke TS clearances. Including for judges. Like this a-hole who sat on the FISA bullshite Russia, Russia, Russia case.

the court has no means to compel a president to act, not just this president, but any president. any enforcement mechanism that the court might use to compel a president would in fact rest with the executive branch.
they didn't teach you that in internet law school? or did you just forget it 400,000 post ago.
you're an idiot.

Who is going to enforce some district judge's order? Tell them to GFT.

Hey, we been seeing this for many years. Where have you been at?

If SCOTUS doesn't reign in these judges, and quick, Trump will completely and permanently neuter the courts.
I dont think it goes that far, the appellate courts should handle this ...either way a district court judge is not going to stand in the way of gang members and literal terrorists being deported...the the us president has many more tools in his toolbox than a federal district judge..especially one that has a known anti-trump bias and a kid whose business is literally providing support to illegal aliens

Who do the courts answer to?
The Constitution.
I present to you the moment when someone thinks their answer is super duper clever, but it’s dumb as frick.

That's a weird melt for being upset with jurisdiction granted to courts via Congress,
Non sequitur, I am not criticizing their role , only the corruption and enablement by the bar association because they are staffed with the same corrupt lunatics.
And if you believe my statement was a melt, it's your own emotional attachment to your broken profession that's causing your delusion.

Bas associations have nothing to do with jurisdiction given to federal courts via Congressional act

It's not going to change because of that "both sides", which is the point you'd understand if you weren't so emotional. Congress has no appetite to change the jurisdiction of federal courts with respect these injunctive powers because it cedes too much power to the other side when the other side has the Executive branch.
So this anger you have at "bar associations" needs to be directed properly: Congress, including MAGA.

Who do the courts answer to?
Congress. Individual judges via impeachment and the institution as a whole via their enabling statutes (outside of SCOTUS which is provided for in the Constitution).

So? If they disgrace and disbar this lunatics, we'd more than likely be able to impeach these lunatics or dismiss them on behavioral grounds.

You've been ineffectually trying to play that card for years.
You should try (and fail) with something else.

I see. So surrender without firing a shot? wont happen. Trump wants a constitutional crisis but he wanted it later not now. Its here now.
Go back and look at what Roberts said after Trumps hissy fit over the weekend.

Perhaps instead of these useless snarky comments you could complain that these judges haven't been disbarred?
If you and everyone else, here, would leave that stupid, pretend-attorney motherfricker alone and stop replying to him, he’d eventually stop trolling and bleeding his bullshite all over this forum and there would be much less of his useless comments.
He’s trolling- nothing more. And this fricking forum replies to that little shite every time which gets him off and fuels him and encourages him to keep at it. There are threads on the first page that are 10 pages plus of just responding to his incessant trolling.
Leave that stupid fricker alone and ignore him.

he could just appeal their decisions and not create a constitutional crisis.

How many times did Joe try to ram through student loan forgiveness after the SC told him no? And didn’t he try it again in early January?

Over and over again until his presidency is over and nothing that the country voted for that is within his remit gets done. Confidence in our governance continues to erode as we spin into chaos.
And these lawless so called judges are creating the crisis, not those responding to their lawlessness.
