What should the NRA’s response be to lost sponsorships?

List of cucks who have jumped ship

Are there enough NRA supporters to make a dent in United/Deltas bottom line? I’m convinced we’ve reached a point where people will sell their soul to the devil to save a buck.

Sue the jackasses in Florida that called them child-killers for libel.

Wouldn't shock me if they added 100k new members this week, 1 million new members by end of year.

$30 million, possibly annually if they renew.

Consumers take their money elsewhere so the cucked companies feel the pain.

NRA will be fine. As long as they don't bend the knee.

The NRA is probably bigger than all the cucks combined in terms of sheer power.

After all, both the NRA and GOA are built around a Constitutional Right taken very seriously by 80 million law-abiding gun owners in this country.

Here's putting it into perspective.

There are enough guns and ammo owned by private, law-abiding, citizens in this country to outfit the four largest armies in the world ... giving each of those soldiers in those armies a small arms weapon and a standard 210 round compliment of ammo ... and still we'd have enough arms and ammo remaining to arm ourselves to the tune of some 20 million Americans.

Not up to the NRA, it is up to the Membership. Won't be using the services of these folks, though I have in the past with regularity, that is over - Free Speech has consequences

Here's their official response:

quote:

FAIRFAX, VA – The more than five million law-abiding members of the National Rifle Association have enjoyed discounts and cost-saving programs from many American corporations that have partnered with the NRA to expand member benefits.

Since the tragedy in Parkland, Florida, a number of companies have decided to sever their relationshipwith the NRA, in an effort to punish our members who are doctors, farmers, law enforcement officers, fire fighters, nurses, shop owners and school teachers that live in every American community.  We are men and women who represent every American ethnic group, every one of the world’s religions and every form of political commitment.

The law-abiding members of the NRA had nothing at all to do with the failure of that school’s security preparedness, the failure of America’s mental health system, the failure of the National Instant Check System or the cruel failures of both federal and local law enforcement.

Despite that, some corporations have decided to punish NRA membership in a shameful display of political and civic cowardice.  In time, these brands will be replaced by others who recognize that patriotism and determined commitment to Constitutional freedoms are characteristics of a marketplace they very much want to serve.

Let it be absolutely clear. The loss of a discount will neither scare nor distract one single NRA member from our mission to stand and defend the individual freedoms that have always made America the greatest nation in the world.

Established in 1871, the National Rifle Association is America's oldest civil rights and sportsmen's group. More than five million members strong, NRA continues to uphold the Second Amendment and advocates enforcement of existing laws against violent offenders to reduce crime. The Association remains the nation's leader in firearm education and training for law-abiding gun owners, law enforcement and the armed services. Be sure to follow the NRA on Facebook at NRA on Facebook and Twitter @NRA.

When will companies learn that liberals don't vote with their wallets - conservatives do.

Follow Dana Loeschs Twitter. She has been tweeting new members all week when they sign up. I've seen tons of peeps saying they've never been NRA members but are joining now because the left is batshit crazy.

I'm losing my 5% discount on rentals.

None of those companies are in the Top 30 in the USA.

Won't be long before they start attacking members of the NRA as well. I have 3 years left on my current membership. I plan on becoming a lifetime member when it's time to re-up.

We are all being played.

This is the shite they pulled in England.

It's a TV show.

And everyone falls for it. They think TV is local and controlled locally and not part of the global corps that control them.

How disingenuous. They aren't punishing the NRA membership. I'm sure most of these members can get these same discounts through many other outlets like their employers, credit unions, Insurance companies, Farm Bureau etc. It's obvious corporate America has decided that attaching their respective names to this group does more harm than good. Wayne LaPierre certainly didn't with the public perception of NRA extremism with that unhinged crazy rant at CPAC.
