What recourse do ordinary Americans have?

The shite show that is playing out let’s us all know that we are inconsequential in this country. When the average hard working American becomes inconsequential, what is next? What can we do?

IMHO, Armed Conflict between the US FedGov and the US military and a group of rebellious citizens will never happen during the lifetimes of anybody breathing on the earth today.
I firmly believe this, so, our Generation of Americans will have to soldier on as best we can by doing the right things, voting the right way.
If things continue on the current tracks and trends, there will be violence, but, not in this generation.
