I enjoy politics and I welcome hearing from even perpetually wrong lefties like yourself.

41% of people that actually voted is not the overall population

Newsflash: not all 350 million people who live in this country actually voted. I probably know 50 - 100 people that love Trump but did not even vote because they are lazy and did not vote.

That you dismissively refer to it as an “echo chamber” easily tells me that you have blatantly preconceived notions about the other parties with whom you have various discussions and debates. You don’t come here for differing views and opinions to consider in good faith. You come to tell those other parties that they’re wrong and you’re right, in every single instance. Then comes the toss of the opposing views and opinions into the “echo chamber” trash can.

Also, you’re apparently unaware, but you’re not exactly Mr. Congeniality when it comes to your approach to those aforementioned “others.” I say that in reference to your assertion about others being “abusive” towards you.

**Now, maybe I don’t have room to be talking, maybe I do. But this isn’t my thread, it’s yours.

In any event, I wish you and yours all the best. Nothing here is worth losing that perspective.

If you made up your own definition of “super majority,” just say so. Nobody gives a shite.

I get some sense of humor out of it. I don't think I'll change anyone's mind about anything and think most of the people here are completely crazy or are just doing it for some weird performative reasons.

My guess would be that people are tribal and want to feel part of a group so they engage in people that will agree with them. I think it's so deeply ingrained in some people that they pretend to agree with things that they don't actually agree with just so they can fit in with a group.

Yet, you responded to that poster.

Always interesting when someone doesn’t care enough to make sure and let others know they don’t care.

Nobody owns the definitive definition of “super majority.” Because context.

Unless Jesus has told you the definitive version for the term. Pray tell if so.

We all know why YOU post here: you can’t live without the attention.

I'd argue that she gets more attention than she actually wants. There are people who are obsessed with her and others to where they bring her up in threads that she isn't even posting in.

I don’t think you’re necessarily wrong, but don’t think any of that doesn’t equally apply to yourself.

Dallas that sold “unclaimed” corpses (without notifying families of the deceased)
I vaguely remember that.
The folks in question were homeless, "unclaimed" in life, and therefore it was difficult (to be kind) to locate family/nearest kin in death. Wasn't that the basis?

Information from a variety of sources.

Things discussed here usually show up in the main news media 2 days later.

Ideas and opinions are spitballed back and forth to hopefully get to the truth of the matter.

Sure. We're all tribal in some aspects and that definitely applies to me also.

If there is one thing I'll say. I think most of the people that post here are probably really good people. Even if I don't agree with them I believe that their perspective is what they truly thing is best for the U.S. Most people want good outcomes and might just disagree slightly on how to best get there.

The reality is most conservatives have to listen to the opinions of liberals. They are everywhere in media, movies, pop culture, etc. Liberals control 90%+ of everything related to messaging. We have heard the positions of liberals and know them like the back of our hands. Flip it and most liberals don’t have a clue about the average conservative American. Hell, they don’t even realize most Americans are moderate. They don’t have to interact with them at all on a daily basis and don’t have to hear their positions. It’s impossible for Conservatives to live in an echo chamber. Democrats own just about everything as far as messaging in our society. The advent of the internet is slowly helping Conservatives to get their message out and the media hates this, lol.

I think the differences are more than slight in many instances but I do agree with your main point as it pertains to this board.

There are some out there beyond this board on the left who I don’t for a minute believe want what’s best for the U.S.

If you are itchy, I suggest a topical ointment or salve.

Perhaps an oatmeal soak.

Because the alphabet legacy media and democrats have called all that support Trump, stupid, redneck, smelly walmart deplorables.

Actually the walkaway movement showed all who were NOT Democrats were pounced upon and degraded until wearing a red baseball cap ensured violence. In some neighborhoods flying the American flag brought third class citizen feelings to those that dared.

I saw it with my own eyes in a small town on no kings day. Stopped at a red light with a few cars full of family going to brunch. Protesters screamed frick you and they didn't know who we were. We didn't know who THEY were. They were obviously bused in.

Your threads are generally way down the totem pole of pressing issues This board is discussion with like-minded people in the worst political divide in my lifetime.

You seem to be throwing shade at this board because you don't like it. If you don't like it don't read here. You seem to have a blind spot due to naivety-it may explain your vapid threads and posts.
