Yes. Define sovereignty in such a way that allows Bunk's point (America attacked Venezuela's sovereignty by removing its unelected leader) to stand.
We can debate whether or not the election was rigged. That's fine. But assuming it was, was what America did an attack on the nation of Venezuela's sovereignty.
