I take mushroom supplements.
at first I was skeptical but I haven't been sick in years.
a combination of Lion's Mane, reishi, turkey tail and chaga. 6 different pills. high zinc and vitamin D content.
also exercise three times and week and don't eat like a fat arse.

Same here

The same.

I had Covid in January and the only real symptom was loss of smell which lasted for about two and half weeks. I believe taking the vitamins kept me from getting very sick.

20-30 minutes of sunlight per day, more if possible.
Vitamins K2 and D3
Quercetin Zinc
Calcium, Magnesium & Zinc
Black Seed Oil
Either Bourbon, Irish Whiskey and sometimes a Canadian Whisky to mix things up a bit in the evenings.

Eat mostly Paleo Diet with exceptions for Italian or Mexican foods every now and then.

Knock on Wood, I have not been sick nor has Mrs. Speckhunter - no pics - who is an RN and was working with the Monoclonal Infusion for most of last fall into this summer.

That much zinc is gonna cause you problems if taken long term.

I read here that black cumin
I tried those (gel capsules) but they gave me a horrible after taste and burp. Maybe some other formulation might work.

I misspoke. It is vitamin c twice daily and zinc once. I will have to check and see if my zinc is 75mg or 100mg

I am currently taking 500 mg quercetin(which I had heard of but never taken) twice daily along with 100 mg zinc twice daily. Also 500 mg vitamin C, 2000 IU D3, at least 1000 mg lysine, and famotidine once or twice per day.

That's way too much zinc. I don't even think zinc in excess of 50 mg is processed all that much.

You should definitely cut down on it, because it might interfere with iron and copper absorption.

Is Vitamin D3 the same as "Vitamin D"?

If not, is it good enough if I'm taking everything else?

Been doing something right since the beginning. I was already taking, for years, a multi-vitamin, Vitamin D3, Zinc, Vitamin C, Vitamin B, and Omega-3...might have been exposed by now but if so, asymptomatic.

For people who say that vitamins don't work, I 100% know for a fact that they work because when I switched to a keto diet my nails and cuticles just went to absolute shite. I wasn't getting the same nutrients from my new meat and dairy heavy diet and was in constant turmoil b/c of hangnails, infections around the cuticles, etc. My ex told me "here take this..."

Started taking biotin and bam the nails and cuticles were perfect in 3 days. Similar astounding results from zinc - sex drive and loads go through the roof when I'm on zinc. If I travel and forget to take zinc I'm like such a pussy and have zero testosterone feeling in my gonads
