What is the remedy for government colluding with private business to censor speech?

It's clearly a violation of the first amendment. There has to be a remedy for crimes by government actors colluding, cajoling and/or threatening media and tech firms to censor or suppress speech, right?
Additionally, the Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency on the surface appears to have a benevolent charge.
Those partners are Big Tech. LINK
But the question is around misinformation, disinformation and malformation. Do these categories even exist in a free speech society? For example my information could be categorized as your disinformation. Who's right?
I mean, I could potentially be thrown in jail at most or my post removed from social media sites for proclaiming the earth revolves around sun if CISA characterized that information as mis, dis or malinformation. Or I could potentially have my post removed and subsequently be attacked by the social media mob and my business ruined because I made a post on social media saying that vaccines should prevent you from catching the diseases you are vaccinated against if CISA deemed that mis, dis, or malinformation.
That fact that CISA explicitly says they work with Big Tech to control mis, dis and mal information is clearly a first amendment violation and unconstitutional, right?

Massive defunding of agencies. Starting with DOJ.

would need to share thoughts regarding this in person. perhaps in a well regulated assembly.

Last night, Tucker Carlson described the actions as illegal, a crime. However I think he was referring to the coordination between various state actors and twitter to tamper with elections.

Start with those personally involved being kicked out of office/job, losing their pension, and never being able to hold a federal (elected, appointed, or hired) job again.

The second amendment.
Short, simple answer to would-be tyranny according to the Founding Fathers.

Hell, Jen Psaki straight up said they were doing it. Multiple times.

They'll have all their assets seized. Everyone involved.

either win in 2024 and your party chooses who runs the agency and sets policy..
or buy a company and run it how you like.

I would answer this question if not for a suspension hanging over my head.

These are not crimes and have nothing to do with private political parties.
Colluding, cajoling and or ordering private business to suppress or censor speech are crimes by government actors. What is the remedy?

Not with THIS DOJ, they won't. Or with the DC courts.

Missouri and Louisiana are suing the federal government under the First Amendment for this very topic. They are also alleging violations of the APA and that the agencies are acting beyond the scope of their statutory authority.

DOJ/CIA/NSA need to be torn down to the ground and rebuilt from scratch.

This. All of this, and that's just for starters depending on each individual's level of involvement in the crime.
