I don't know that it's irrefutable. It all depends on the definition of rape culture. Clearly, some people define it differently than others.

Yep here's a liberal brain disorder at work for you.
If you shoot someone who threatens your life, you have deprived them of their right to a trial, but it's perfectly fine to proclaim a man guilty of rape simply because a woman says so.

Some people may not have known this, but we are all guilty of espousing rape. That would have been bad enough, but the fact that you openly questioned the legitimacy of the first sentence likely means that you actively endorse rape and/or have perpetrated it. I RA'd.

If I define a dog as a creature with 6 legs and an exoskeleton, that just means I don't know what a fricking dog is.
It doesn't meant that if I point to a bug and call it a dog, everyone else has to agree it's a fricking dog.
