As the Great One Mark Levin has said, it isn't even obstruction of congress (whatever that is) as the Senate isn't involved here, only the House. It should be rebranded Obstruction of the House. It is utter nonsense though as these are coequal branches of government. Neither has supremacy over the other. The Judiciary (the 3rd) has the deciding factor, and long standing says the House can pound sand.

Obstruction of congress is an explicit and necessary constitutional function of the Executive and Judicial branches of our tripartite Republic.
