Book came out January, 2020. Maybe she got a early edition, but either way, she'd have delivered by now.
I get why some say it looks like she's pregnant, but it could just be how her clothes are situated with her sitting up in bed.
I doubt they'd allow her to get that far along to where she's showing and then aborting, if that's what some are claiming.
This is the first I've seen / heard of her being knocked up ( presumably by Hunter ? )

I'm not tech savvy enough but I saw this same picture on another site. Someone shared a link where they ran the pic through a filter that shows if a pic is edited. That filter showed zero edits.

I looked at the OP link and understand the point better. Someone by the handle-'Nothing can stop what is coming'-posted a Biden family pic with an Anonymous message saying, "If you only knew how bad it is." Along with the hashtag #SaveNatalie.
I am not defending the Biden's in any way. But this Anonymous person doesn't know anything. Hashtagging save Natalie cannot do anything to save her. Possibly leading some that may not be so swift cognitively; into a frenzy from an anonymous source pretending they have insider information.
