Would you like to list the other laws that we should ignore?

my desire for smaller government and a less regulated society is pathetic?

even if you arent doing drugs, you are effected.
do you like paying for folks to be in jail over something silly, and then paying for them to live when they struggle to find a job?
do you like your local officers focusing on that instead of other crime?
do you like no knock searches for for drugs in the middle of the night that arent even always at the right house?

You're being histrionic man. The primary issue of this election was multiculturalism. All the things you're worried about are tertiary. We can deal with them another time.

that's why i said earlier, if Sessions is any indication of Trump's choices, his USSC choices may become scary

This pick is just as bad as Chris Christie.

4th amendment is great...I love all the amendments. Still not effected.

Trump's already said he will leave marijuana up to the states. I will be surprised if this is something they go after.
There's much bigger things to worry about in this country like illegal immigration, which I'm guessing was one of the main reasons he was hired since he's so strongly against it.

Most of the ones that impede State's Rights.

The only thing I hate about weed is I can't smoke it anymore

And yet Republicans want smaller government. Lol.
This sustains the agency and grows it at the same time. The hypocrisy.
Legalizing it would shrink government and increase revenue. Isn't that the basis of the Republican platform?

the things i'm worried about have a much larger and more direct impact on American life than multiculturalism
i don't care if that was this rallying point during a campaign. now reality sets in and the new government is being formed

We can deal with them another time.
we can deal with both
besides, i'd rather deal with the issues of legitimate impact
besides, what does Sessions uniquely provide to combat "multiculturalism" anyway?

Are we seriously going to pre judge whether a AG pick is worth a shite based on weed?
REALLY?
With the problems we have weed is what you're worried about?
Jeeezus.

Funny. It's the exact opposite to me.

then you're either misinformed or willfully ignorant. The erosion of the Fourth Amendment as a result of the War on Drugs is not simply limited to searches in pursuit of drugs. These are the same erosions that lead to warrantless searches of homes, wiretaps, forfeitures, etc.

you dont pay taxes? i dont really love paying for police to lock up folks for weed, and then paying for jails to house them, and then paying support while they struggle to find jobs
