Is this guy a fricking criminal justice blowhard right winger? Is he about to waste more money on this?

during the primaries Trump said he was against legalization. Since then I think he's gone back to he's for it. so who knows?

Not looking good.

We'll see how much of a "States Rights" conservative he is here shortly.

Anti-marijuana and Pro-Civil Asset Forfeiture.

This pick is just as bad as Chris Christie.

Goddamnit.

I can't imagine there's anything to be gained by anyone to go after them at this point. I guess we can scaremonger if we want, though.

Yeah, he's against it, big time.

I do not like this pick for legal reasons.

Its illegal federally and he can go in to the states where it's legal and shut it down. Christie I know wants to do that.

a. this is a signal that Trump's admin will be authoritarian and regressive in natur

b. this is a signal that Trump will not push for the legislative reform of the pointless, terrible, and evil WOD (when it's the perfect time to do it)

i disagree

just look at the "law and order" comments defending sessions

even the ones ignorantly defending his stance on CAF in the other thread
