And while DOGE is entertaining, they cannot actually cut the amount spent. Congress makes the appropriations. The only thing the executive branch can do is re-allocate funds, and even that's limited.

We are cutting spending. We are about to do a deep dive into medicare and medicaid. In fact, DOGE has begun reviewing the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) systems.

But that appears to not be a good thing for you. Why?
