under President Clinton, who left huge budget surpluses for the next guy who promptly squandered them on tax cuts for the wealthy and the needless invasion of Iraq
Which specific policies did bill clinton push through the republican dominated congress that led to the surplus?

We all love government

I'm not a fan, which is why I'm not a Republican or Dem.

Both love BigGov, they just want it divided up in different ways.

Sadly, like Obamabots before them, Trumpophants actually believe their guy is going to change anything.

At least we got DJT in DC to try. Better than party pics like Jebsco or HRC.
I get it. I'd rather have a garden gnome in the White House than those two.

Also to your post good SCOTUS appointments change things.
Not really. Obamacare was upheld by a deciding vote from a SCOTUS conservative. The establishment has them in their back pocket. Always have.

Unveiling possible upper level abuse at DOJ and FBI is change.
Nope. Government corruption has been a given for a very long time.

Just a few changes you didn't want to reference.
Because they're meaningless in the grand scheme of things.

Trump is no different than Obama, or Bush before him, or Clinton before him, etc. etc. in selling the establishment agenda to you and me as a good thing. That's the job of the President and has been for at least 100 years.

Nothing has changed, and nothing will ever change as long as the establishment has us fighting amongst ourselves over left and right.

That's the inconvenient truth......unfortunately.
