I am still confused what it is...and we've had 10 years of violence. I am not learning anything new I didn't know.

Whites kind of know what needs to change but are not allowed to say what it is and it's not up to "others" to do anything about correct course for another race of people living in another part of town.

If Jesus were here...

would he be doing the listening or the talking?

what message would it be for black and white Americans?

I would guess they want more of the American dream...and not be stuck in poverty

but they can never rise out if the keep bringing children into a bad unstable situations they can't even take care of themselves first..

it's so basic and so self destructive at the same time...and when you think it's a system out to get you, it's over, you will blame and never take charge of your own life

it's hard to change when everything around you is saying no this is how life is... I understand how it works

successful blacks have to be the ones to change the systemic cultural mindset... a message of hope and fundamentals to success, a similar message from whites would be gasoline on a blazing fire...

If they want change, maybe they should think real hard about who they vote for in their local government

FTR, I don’t know what/how they’re feeling or all of the specifics of what folks want to change.
But that clip was on my IG feed, and I thought it addressed your question.

They think we're all rich from the cotton their great great great great grandparents picked 155+ years ago.

Therefore they believe they're entitled to the white man's money. Doesn't matter if your family was so poor they couldn't rub two nickels together back then either.

I guarantee my father picked more cotton than 99.9% of blacks living today.

Most major cities/schools/police are run by "successful" blacks. They are the worst oppressors of their own race.

Four hundred years ago they were trading their ancestors to white slave traders for iron pots, little has changed.

And many black people would probably respond by saying, “That’s five fewer than I put down.”

Best ways to stay out of poverty:

Don't have children you can't afford.
Get an education or at least some marketable skill.
Don't get a criminal record.
Don't become an addict.

You take some personal responsibility and expend some effort poverty isn't hard to avoid in the US in 2020.

I watch the video, ok let's play along... video seems to be more about fear of blacks than white privilege

Since so many blacks vote together, stick together and protect their culture, then is it reasonable to think that whites and police are cautious around black people because of how the news reports black America? Does how you dress matter? you bet it does... humans are visual

if Blacks won't reject the media coverage of the lawlessness in poor black communities, and in turn blame white and police for being held accountable for the mis deeds that go on poor communities, they call it harassment, abuse and so on...

is it reasonable to think society by outward appearances will view "blacks' as "the same"...

why are whites not afraid of people from India other than being out negotiating in a business contract?

everyone has anxiety being pulled by police...a ticket is not fun, having your insurance go up is not fun. The wife in that video wasn't honest about that one

They want your bank account balance to go down and theirs up.

That's all this is about, all this phony outrage and belly aching is just fancy demanding more free stuff from the tax payer.

they really want to just be handed money and sit at home. A lot of people want this, but they think they are entitled to this because working for money is a form of slavery.

Look at what happened under Obama. We had low participation in the work force.
