What are the odds the truth comes to light on who the leaker was?

Can the Senate Judiciary Committee in a post-midterms world (i.e. with a GOP majority) make people go up there and get blasted by Cruz, Kennedy, et al? I for one don't trust Roberts to handle this above board really at all at this point and am unfamiliar with how the Marshal of the Court works.
