I bet the word will go out to minimize the clapping etc so he can get done ASAP. Likewise, don’t expect him to spend time awarding recognition like Trump did last year. I don’t see how he can do it. Between what we saw last night where he says he’s not going to do anything about ethnic genocide or China invading their neighbors and Kamala Harris is already talking to world leaders, there’s no way he’s going to last long.

There will be an active shooter or bomb detonation on the day of the address. They know they can’t put him out there. Even super-hydrated and pumped up on amphetamines, they can’t do it.
