After last nights bomb shell drops I give him a 75% chance of some real beauties being delivered next week. Yea he is gonna have a teleprompter, but he is delivering it past his bedtime.
He's gonna get lost reading it, and there will be some very uncomfortable pause moments as he tries to figure out where the hell he is in the speech. Even with an earpiece in.

My guess is that he will let Kamala give the SOTU address and the media will gush about the first woman giving the talk and completely ignore the obvious implications.
