What are the consequences of Iran getting nukes?

If they already don't have nukes it seems inevitable. We will know for certain if nuclear testing is conducted in Iran and detected by international intelligence.

You have an unhinged country whom is the largest state sponsor of terrorism in the world with the deadliest weapon known to man.
A country that has been involved in the maiming, hostage taking, and killing of US troops. This is including the Hamas hostages.
A country who could potentially give terrorists materials for a dirty bomb to detonate in a western city.

Once assembled nations that build these nuclear bombs have to test them to make sure they work. In particular it's the trigger system that is a technical challenge.
When NK tested their nukes it's how we became more knowledgeable of their capabilities.

It depends on the regime in power when that happens.
If it's the same sort of jihadist regime, you can bet that within a year or two of beginning to produce nuclear bombs they would end up handing one or two off to their fronts (Hoothis, Hamas, Hezbollah, etc) who would then set them off.
