Exactly. All courts involved wanted to take the "principled" stance that no one wants to be the judge/panel who sets the precedent that blows up the #Muh81MillionVotes narrative that was shoved down our throats. They say that they were boarding up downtown areas because of the "threat" that MAGA folks would riot, when in reality everyone knows that ANTIFA/BLM's paid goons were on standby to pull the trigger on the real deal as they threw their tantrum, should courts and/or state legislatures done the right thing.

The fact that the state had previously required that the mail in ballots be received by election date at 8:00 does not demonstrate that the statute required that, which it did not.
See for yourself:

The elector shall then fill out, date and sign the declaration printed on such envelope. Such envelope shall then be securely sealed and the elector shall send same by mail, postage prepaid, except where franked, or deliver it in person
to said county board of election. 25 P.S. § 3150.16(a).
Since the statute allowed for the ballot to be mailed by 8:00 on election day but did not specify how when the ballot was mailed would then later be determined, or a deadline for when it would be received, the court made a state wide proclamation to insure a state wide standard so that individual votes could not be randomly accepted or rejected depending on the decision by the county commissioners.

All of these tweaks in at least 8 states should never have occurred in the first place as there are only supposed to be two ways to change election rules; State Legislatures and/or Congress.

I don't know Mary Fanning's credentials nor if the data on her spreadsheet is verifiable, so I hope it's OK if I chime in.
Anyone with bombshell info like she supposedly has probably has to hide from loony Leftists as well as the intelligence agencies which are clearly partisan and no longer impartial enforcers of the law.
Next time Lindell is in the public eye, maybe he can assure his audience about M Fanning's credibility.
