Well The Media Has Successfully Demoralized My Poor Old Mother Today; No Way Trump Can Win

Trump’s losing and there’s nothing anyone can do about it. Democrats are taking the Senate too and are raising so much more money than Republicans. Really questioning whether she should bother going out in a crowd and voting since there’s no hope of Trump winning.
This after a day of Sunday news shows, Internet news, and FB.
Gotta reassure her now over dinner, make sure she votes.

I’ve never understood this strategy. I see it works on some, but seeing Trump behind just gives me more motivation to get out and risk my life to vote.

I stayed with my dear old sweet mom for a few weeks back during the impeachment farce. She has a full slate of cable channels but would only watch CBS all day. After being subjected to that I can understand why people who don’t explore all news sources can’t fathom why the President isn’t in jail.

My mother is in her 80s, lives alone and watches Fox News all day. About every other week, she’ll ask me, if I think Trump will be ok. “OK from what mama?” Then she starts telling me about the “got him” flavor of the week (or month). I can’t imagine if she watched MSNBC

Regardless of the garbage on the news, I always ask this question:
Would you rather have gone ahead and voted and have your candidate (Trump) win in a landslide or would you rather have felt confident that the candidate would win/not win, sit out on voting, and have your candidate lose. VOTE!
