It’s unlikely that she’ll be receiving per diem. Her expense account will be staggering though.

Good attorney last I heard. At one point she practiced with Jim Kitchens. He just came off the MS Supreme Court. He was defense counsel for Wayne Williams many moons ago.

Everyone is entitled to a defense and death penalty cases have defense requirements. A defendant at risk of death isn’t getting Joe Schmo to defend him.
