These people are so freaking pathetic. So weak and pathetic. The joke’s that set them off apparently were about trannys and Covid-19.

The absolute fragility of leftists is astonishing.

Rob Schneider removed from Regina stage during controversial show

American comedian Rob Schneider was asked to end his set early and exit the stage during a fundraiser for the Hospitals of Regina Foundation (HORF) Saturday night after comments and jokes made throughout the show.

The move came at the Four Seasons Ball, a fundraising event for the foundation.

The foundation said Schneider’s material did not align with the values of the team.

“While we recognize that in a free and democratic society individuals are entitled to their views and opinions and that comedy is intended to be edgy, the content, positions and opinions expressed during Mr. Schneider’s set do not align with the values of our Foundation and team,” HORF said in a statement.

Edit: downvote and scram watch someone didn’t like being called weak… so they proved how weak they are by not defending.

Why is the left so afraid of someone who thinks differently from them?

I openly advocate for a leftist to have their platform and be heard. I love it.

That way everyone gets to see how big of a retard they are.

I’m going to guess that if he’d been slamming Trump telling OMB jokes he’d receive a standing ovation.

People (particularly libs) are so soft today, just looking for a reason to be offended.

Why does one feel the need to cancel Rob Schneider to begin with? Are they that worried that one of Sandler’s cronies who hasn’t been relevant since the 90s is going to red pill someone?

I mean… how can Covid-19 jokes offend anybody? They are so pissed off that people they were calling science deniers and conspiracy theorists were dead on. It invalidated part of their religion and they are still pissed.

Yet they carry water for this administration being wrong about it.

This is probably one of the reasons he’s not been relevant since the 90s. Hollywood isn’t going to allow an open conservative any face time or fame at their expense.

He hasn’t been relevant because he has been making shite like The Hot Girl and The Animal, which was a punchline on South Park and to Robert Ebert.

I find that the SNL late 80s / early 90s crew also tends to be more conservative outside of Kevin Nealon and Chris Rock. Sandler, Schneider, Dennis Miller, Jon Lovitz, Victoria Jackson, Dana Carvey, etc, are all decidedly right of center.

If it were solely politics involved, Nealon would still be working given he is a lefty and an animal activist. Last time I heard his name was in connection with the John McTiernan PI case.

Covid-19 jokes struck a nerve with these people.

Remember...They were all too happy to not let you see your loved ones and let them die alone.

Meh. It's a hospital fundraiser and the audience is an exclusive group of invited patrons. Typically families and children treated at these places attend.

Its not a comedy club where you buy a ticket knowing some of the comics will flirt with the lines of decorem and taste. Perhaps this wasn't the venue to be "edgy".

Pretty much. They didn’t have sacred cows they refused to attack and, by the same token, weren’t just needlessly mean in their impressions.

Carvey in particular lampooned the shite out of Bush 41 and Perot but did it in a way that still made them likable.

To me this reads like the foundation is trying to “get out ahead” of potential backlash from those who would have you believe that mandates for mass poisoning and mental illness should not only be accepted, but catered to and celebrated.

The internet has turned the world stupid.

This was in Canada. Regina is in Saskatchewan, Canada.....and a private benefit. So if he's doing a comedy club routine at a gala, he has a line that he is obliged to toe or he gets the hook.

This may have been a trigger for a few... came out yesterday.

Rob Schneider opens up about his conversion to Catholicism

Rob Schneider opens up about his conversion to Catholicism and reveals the moment that triggered his newfound faith

quote:

In an interview with the Christian Post's Leah Klett, Schneider discussed how contending with the 'organized evil' he saw during that multi-year stretch led him to his faith.

The actor did not specify what he meant by 'organized evil.'

quote:

He says more than once he feels it is 'important right now' for freedom and liberty loving citizens to emphasize faith, strength, and forgiveness, but also a 'steely resistance to evil' in their lives.

'And I think it's really important that people arm themselves - and I mean that physically - but I also mean that spiritually, for what's coming,' he added.

He underscored a message of preparedness and faith, saying, 'It is time to get closer to God,' and to select leaders who will 'stand up to tyranny.'
