What they were offering other countries is some sort of favorable deals with US government through Joe Biden as far as I can tell. Not an expert though.

The Biden family, father, brother, son, getting $5 million as a loan from a Communist company does compromise them just a bit,right? Not that complicated. And all this was initiated by the Biden family, TB was contacted by them to help them in their dealings with China.Then they tried to go around TB, once the groundwork had been laid, with Hunter taking over TB's role....and money.
