the closed eyes picture supposedly was from his FB page that is why rumors started his page was scrubbed.

Having numerous photos taken during a person's life is not the same as having numerous photos uploaded to the internet on public websites.

Well that seems a bit more bizarre than the rest of your theory (which sort of seems plausible, I guess). Who would this someone be? How would it surface hours after the shooting? Why not say where it came from?
