That isn't even Pretti. Nice try though.

You’re a bigger dumbass than I thought if you think the pictures of the gun he had look anything like a service weapon.

Not TX Tireshooter!
He is brilliant!
Tires don't stand a chance.
He is amazing at running leg shots at night.

NEGATIVE
He was trying to get to his gun, and then the agent pulled it from him as he was shot.....thats what I saw.
If he could have gotten to his gun, he would have shot an agent!

Pretti's gun was reported to be a Sig Sauer P320 9mm pistol.
I don't know where this keeps coming from. I own a 320 and am literally carrying it right now, and I own a P226. The pistol pictured, that Pretti was supposedly carrying, is a P226.
ETA: I stand corrected. It's a 230 with some aftermarket stuff that fooled me. And as such, it would've been the generation of 320 prior to the "X" models, that did have known issues with accidental discharge. Carry on.

Just because they’re both p320 doesn’t mean they are the same. The Sig p320 is a modular weapon system meaning there are many variations of the pistol.
1st service weapon doesn’t have a threaded barrel. His did.
2nd the dead man’s pistols had a red dot sight. Very few service weapons will have a red dot.
3rd. The grip module is an Sig AXG. Not a single service weapon in the world will have an AXG grip module.
What else do you got?

It was not. P226 has a hammer. Pretti was a p320 with and AXG grip module.

But you can see the slide back, which happens when the gun is fired.
The Sig P320 has been the subject of recalls and lawsuits because of a defect causing accidental discharges without the trigger being pulled. Google “sig P320 lawsuit”.
Speculation being that Pretti’s gun had one of those accidental discharges after the BP agent disarmed him and the other agent reacted in belief that the shot was fired from Pretti’s gun, but not realizing Pretti had been disarmed 2 seconds prior.

I believe another poster said something to that effect.

The other poster thinks it's a fake gun brought by Ice,?
Does the goofy fricker think shooting tires is prudent?

I guess, would definitely be modded because it looks nothing like my 230. But I'll stand corrected.
