He won't release them, he'll just ignore this all and hope it goes away and the media will allow it to, just like Governor Blackface in Virginia did.
Democrats can survive scandals by waiting them out because the media moves on.
No Republican governor would have been allowed to stay in office like Northam did, because the media would have never stopped talking about it like they did with him.
Biden knows as we get closer to the election the media will do their best to cover for him.

No evidence of this complaint will ever see the light of day. Zero chance of them "finding" it.
UNLESS .... the Dem power brokers have decided to make their move on Biden. If so, this will be his undoing, and they will reopen the process with an eye on Cuomo or Clinton.
