The term “Hate Crime” doesn’t have the same gravity as it once did.

It certainly does not apply to a journalist investigating fraud.

It may be your usage, but you can't just go bust into a home daycare and expect to be permitted in for about 50 reasons. The security and privacy of the children alone should make this obvious.

You’re not allowed to knock on the front door of a business receiving state and or federal funds and inquire about the services there?

Correct. It’s just another in a long line of buzzwords and catchphrases overused by Liberals to the point of parody.

They are predictable…

We just need actual data/evidence to have a productive one.

Data: sec of state website showing the business at the registered address

Evidence: statements of state and/or federal payments to that business

I believe those going to these business have demonstrated they have both.

That's great but you haven't given any evidence about allegations of fraud

In Minnesota alone, there have been close to 100 indictments and 70 convictions already.

Thats pretty incredible considering there’s no evidence.

The claims are fraud!!

Sure. That's not in dispute. My question remains.

why go for the interview when you have nothing to base your claims to report?

What did Woodward and Bernstein have to go on? A simple robbery? "Hey you two!! Leave it to the police!!"

They did all sorts of investigating after the tip to get the evidence to make the story. That's exactly what I'm discussing as being lacking.

At this point, you should be proving that there WASN’T any fraud, because there have been convictions saying there was.

What he's saying is no one has interest having the tard (legal) class defining first amendment for us.

Then he's retarded because this has always been the domain of courts.

Again if we let the tard class decide, things will certainly be shitty.

I'm here fighting the tards so no worries

Every video I've seen shows people knocking at the door and if somebody answers, they stand there and talk to them.

And mostly they get told to leave, creating no actual story/legitimate reporting.

Lol, what??

That and a total lack of children at these so called daycares is a part of the story and you're calling me retarded.

I mean in the criminal sense? Yes, but there is no mandate to give a random information and they were all told to leave.

That doesn't make it "open to the public" ( to make sure this remains relevant)
