Votes Flipped using SQL database modification commands presented to Court. Video

This all is happening in 1 county.
1- They have shown they can flip the votes.
2- have found 1060 phantom votes. As in they are not to be found on voter rolls

You need to explain what happened better.
Step one: scan the ballots.
4 ballots for Trump.
2 ballots for Biden.
1 ballot for Jerguson.
Step two: scanner records the votes. (This is where the vote flipping happened).
2 votes Biden.
4 votes Trump.
1 vote Jerguson.
Step three: print a record of the votes scanned.
2 votes Biden.
4 votes Trump.
1 vote Jerguson.
Step four: transfer the votes from the scanner to the the database.
2 votes Biden.
4 votes Trump.
1 vote Jerguson.
Step five: audit the votes.
Compare the vote tally in step two to step four. They are all fine. Nothing to see here. You can go home now. Totally secure election.
Meanwhile they never compared step one to step four. And they won't. That's why they need to destroy ballots.

Step 1 looks EXACTLY the same as step 4.

I think he means while at Face Value the Votes are the same at Step 4 but they're labels swapped over data.
So the 2 Votes Biden label sits on 4 Votes Trump Data.

So the biggest takeaway here, as is with absolutely any database system in the world, is that if you have the right credentials you can alter just about anything and cause all manners of havoc. Database security is ultimately all about physical security, login security, and audit trails. Once somebody is in nefariously with the proper credentials, all bets are off

And they combined that with the 1061 votes that are not in the voter rolls of 1 county that has only 23K people in it.

This is confusing. Maybe he needs two columns - one for "face value" and one for "as counted."
Or maybe he just swapped the order and the tally when only one was intended.

It’s a very simple SQL UPDATE command. Nothing proprietary about it. If you know which tables contain the records you want to change, it’s as basic as SQL programming gets.
