Fleming is a serial candidate. He wanted to be a Senator and lost bigtime last race. So he ran for State Treasurer and is still being paid by a DC lobbying firm. He is almost the only person giving money to his campaign via personal loans at $2.5 million per pop. This means his support is not that wide at all. He's allied himself with the anti CCS nutter crowd who would never be impacted by it. and being fed info from NOLA envirowhackos and the likes of fraud Honore. Honore hauls his oil burning old riding lawn mower with a oil burning old pickup and claims to be all about the environment after cutting down all the oak trees on the two house he bought and tore down on College Dr. It's nothing but a blue cloud when he cuts that grass trying to sell those lots for redevelopment for almost 2 decades now.
