The man that most likely will seek re-election to congress next year and will want the support of the RNC, President Trump, and the La Republican party. He toed the political line, to be awarded later. His supporters won't be for Rispone, it's why Trump was needed in the Monroe area to try and salvage some votes.

1-Raised taxes on every man, woman, and child. Even the poorest of the poor!
2-Only governor in Trump’s USA to lose jobs.
3-Ruling over the only Southern state with a population decline because of poor economy.
